Simple and Secure Citrix Session Roaming with Smart Cards by 10ZiG & Secmaker

Smart Card Authentication with SecMaker

EMEA Version

10ZiG Technology the emerging market leader in innovative thin client solutions is pleased to announce a partnership with secure authentication leader SecMaker resulting in the seamless integrations of their plugin software Net iD Connector which is now supported on all our 5500, 5600, and 6000 Series Thin Clients, both in Linux and Windows Embedded Platforms.

Net iD Connector simplifies smart card login to Citrix which creates secure workflows. To log out, users simply remove the card and leave the session - for the day, for a coffee break or to switch to a different workstation. Once back at any client workstation, they can immediately resume work in the same session by re-inserting their smart cards and entering their PINs. All the programs and documents that they were using are available, just as they were before logout.

In pressured situations, such as in the health care sector, user names and passwords are an obstacle to efficiency and security. Therefore the solution that Net iD Connector provides is highly valued in those organizations. All major brands of smart cards supported.
